Changes To Scheduled Lessons

If you need to make a change to a scheduled lesson within 24 hours of your lesson time please call Damian on 07834 493 767 and leave a message if there is no reply.

Please DO NOT leave text messages. Your lecturer will be notified of any changes and if necessary contact you to confirm any changes.

Any other changes may be sent by email to info@hardcoreguitar.com or via the contact form on the web site and confirmation will be made by either return of email or telephone to the number/s we have on file.

If a lecturer cannot attend your session a suitably qualified replacement will be provided. It’ll usually be someone you’ve worked with before so there’s no need to freak out – ! If a suitable replacement can’t be found we may have to contact you to either re-schedule your lesson or catch up with you the following week.

Either way you’ll be informed as quickly as possible so that we can go through the options available to us.

Arrival & Departure Stuff

Due to the nature of mankind, which is out of our control (but only just…) students under the age of 16 must be delivered to and collected from Hardcore Guitar Limited studio’s after dusk.

And anyone being collected by a third party unknown to Hardcore Guitar Limited must provide written proof that we’re supposed to let you get into that dodgy looking “stop me search me” being driven by an extra from House of the Living Dead.

This includes taxi drivers, butlers, bodyguards and any other person we don’t know.

Safety first, Rock & Roll second. No exceptions – !
